Yeah, the PSPS is starting to do better. It's coming out with more original games and more games period. After their fantastic launch they really slowed down, but now they're picking up the pace. Burnout Legends and GTA Liberty City Stores are probably what's gonna "save" it and attract more people to the system. Also, I'm MARCOS.

We didn't do anything to day in Cruz's class. And he used the phrase "wax poetically". Fantastic! Also I got a BB on Zawodny's dimensional analysis quiz, which I might be able to raise to an A, and if I can, should secure my grade in the class as an A, as long as I get an A on his test.

Today was our first day out on the water in crew. I did pretty well, except when it came to carrying the boat in and out of the water. That thing is really heavy! And, apparently, I have less upper body strength than I thought, because I could barely carry it and almost dropped it several times, scaring the crap out of everyone.

The peripheral "normal" controller is just that, a peripheral. It's extra. You're meant to play with the remote control style controller, at least one of which will be included in the box with the Revolution. I'ts really hard to predict how its gonna do. A lot of people though the DS was gonna fail too, but its really been picking up speed, unlike the PSP, that started out strong, and everything went downhill from there. The real allure of the Revolution is gonna be the brand games, particularly (at least for me) the new Super Smash Bros. We'll just have to see what happens. I'm gonna get one.

More Revolution Controller Info

The official trailer is out. It looks really interesting and apparently has some kind of motion sensing tachnology or something. There is also a really good article on it and the videogame industry in general. I know I'm gonna get the Revolution, not mainly or only for the innovation, but like the article says, for the franchises. The PS3 is still my top priority though, first and foremost; though, from the looks of things the Revolution is gonna be the last one out, probably by a lot.

Ultimate Frisbee!!!

FTW!!! Today I went to the beach cleanup for SSHS/ECLIPSE, and after one pass along the beach we started playing ultimate frisbee. It was crazy awesome. You guys should try it. It's like basketball mixed with football (sort of), except with a frisbee. Lots of Fun. Also, on Friday, when I ran to the bridge and back, I managed to run all the way to the bridge without walking once, and most of the way back too. I cut my time by 25%. Last week I got 28:10 and this week I got 21:43. WOOT! Lastly, my Playstation 2 is being retarded again and doesn't want to play Megaman X8, though most of my other games work. And the Nintendo Revolution Controller is crazy. It's like a remote control with an attachable analog seperate. Pictures!!! (as if you care):

Fridays are a no-no

In theory, I guess I could go, but the problem is that on Fridays I have crew untill 5:30, and then I would have to go home and bath and do stuff, the end result being that I couldn't get to sunset until 7:30ish. In crew we run to the bridge every Friday, a distance of 2.75-3.5 miles, so ,even if I go, I'd be dead tired.

First Real Day of Crew

Was tiring. VERY tiring. And a lot of hard work. But it looks like its gonna be fun and its a really good workout. Basically all we did was get on the erg to practice form, poisitions, and timing. And then we helped bring the boats in. nothing major (but then again that's all you ever do, besides going on the water).

i finally got my internet back. i felt so disconnected from the world. i didnt even know how bad it was in new orleans till 3 days ago (i didnt have tv, still dont actually). all the trees on our block fell down but they werent as ginormous as those in gables. we were trapped in country walk for about 2 days it was flooded and there were trees in the street. theres only 2 ways to get out of country walk and both were blocked. it shouldnt have gotten flooded b/c they spent a whole summer putting pipes to prevent flooding, u can see how well that worked. my gyms ac completely died. its so much fun to work out for 3 hours in that heat. shit i cant breathe, sumone got me sick. hmm..perhaps it will progress far enough that i wont hav to go to skool tuesday. nah...im never that lucky. ok well i think i've rambled enough. oh and marcos u got me hooked on misfile, i finished reading them all last nite.
